Pennsylvania’s Rules of Criminal Procedure (234 Pa. Code) and Unified Judicial System's Public Access Policy declare warrants as public information in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Anyone can look up unsealed warrants through the courts or the police.

Arrest warrants in Berks County can generally be viewed immediately upon issuance. 234 Pa. Code r. 513, nevertheless, provides that, upon a finding of good cause, the court can delay public dissemination for up to 72 hours after issuance or until receiving notice of the warrant’s execution, whichever happens first.

Unexecuted search warrants and their associated affidavits of probable cause are completely confidential (234 Pa. Code r. 212(A)). Once a search warrant is executed, however, it becomes public record.
